YES (Your Excellence Showed) award
The philosopher Aristotle once noted, “In the arena of human life, the honors and rewards fall to those who show their good qualities in action.”
And that is the purpose of Skiff’s YES award, to shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond the call of duty and truly do “show their good qualities in action.”
Anyone at Skiff can be nominated for recognition by anyone else, including patients and their family members. So if you have had a wonderful experience with a Skiff employee, someone who has excelled in their role and shown that the best care truly is close to home, we invite you to nominate them for a YES award.

- Name of the person being nominated
- Their title and department (if known)
- Your name
- Reason for nomination
