Women's Foundation for Health
Together, we can create something beautiful.

Skiff realizes that our community is filled with women who want to help make a difference, but whose family and work obligations have their calendars full to bursting. That's why we offer the Women's Foundation for Health. Click here to see our members as of January 2008.

"Women want to be strong leaders and philanthropists," said Bruce Hoffmeier, president of the Skiff Medical Center Foundation. "This new organization will help them to do so, without being a heavy burden on their time."

What does it take to be a member of the Foundation for Women's Health? Surprisingly little. Just your financial assistance of $250, your ideas and – only four times annually – your time. To recognize and reward you for your generosity, we will host quarterly events designed specifically with your interests in mind. For your partnership with the Foundation for Women's Health, you will be invited to:

  • Attend two lunch-and-learn events.
  • Join us for two after-hours social events.
  • Enjoy educational presentations by health-care professionals at the events listed above.
  • Come to the yearly Women's Health Conference, free of charge.
  • Offer your thoughts on where your dollars should be spent to maximize their benefit.

"Your time, your funds, your community – all of them are precious," said Christie Milligan, coordinator of Women's Health Services. "We want to work with you to make the most of them."
