Orthopaedic surgeon Ron Charles, M.D., provides a full range of orthopedic procedures, specializing in total joint replacement including hips and knees. Dr. Charles started at Skiff in 1991 and his dedication to patients makes him an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Charles received his medical training at the University of Natal Medical School in Durban, South Africa. He completed his internship at King Edward VII Hospital in Durban, South Africa, his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City and his fellowship at American College of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Charles is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.

total hip, knee and shoulder replacements
carpal tunnel release
trigger finger release
Dupytren’s contractions
ulnar nerve transpositions
rotator cuff repair
anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repair
knee arthroscopies to fix mensical tear
