RN – Obstetrics

We are looking for an experienced OB RN to support moms and new babies in our Obstetrics department. In this role, you would be involved with the labor & delivery, postpartum and mom and newborn care. This is a great opportunity to work with our fabulous OB team and provide a wonderful experience for our moms and families. 

Obstetric Services Part-time, 36 hrs/week,  7p - 7:30a shift and every third weekend 

• Plans and provides professional nursing care to the patient from admission to discharge.
• Maintains well-developed skills for assessing the physical and psychosocial needs of expectant parents, families and newborns.

• Holds a current Iowa Registered Nurse license.
•  1-2 years of accute care nursing. 1 year of Labor & Delievery, and Post-Partum OB experience required.
•  Maintain BCLS certification at health care provider level
•  Completion of ACLS and NRP required within 6 months of employment.
